Not OP, but I also got the physical release. It had almost 8gbs of stuff on it. Not really sure what that almost 8gb had, but it did install some stuff from the disc. It was actually slower for me since I had an external disc drive that only had a usb 2.0 connection. My internet speed is (relatively) blazing fast and I could've downloaded the data in a fraction on the time it took to install from the disc.
