Yeah, Whirl is a lot more neutral, which lets it be versatile emotion-wise. It can go from just as angry as Wrath is to super jolly. Wrath has one emotional range: angry, and it'll never go away. Whirl is the hero you can root for – you can humanize him pretty well if you want. Wrath is just the shitty brother.
