I don't know, i remember some articles about it being the "LBP killer" which reminds me of the "Halo killer" known has Haze and i found that to be a bit ironic and then there's both Halo and LBP killing themselves with just by having different devs

Not really, the top-rated games were still really full of bugs and most games were just 'HD' recreations of overworlds from things like Zelda with nothing to actually do in them.
It was essentially just a prettier Minecraft in the end.

This. There was absolutely no recovering from that backlash.
That said, has anyone tried playing the Conker campaign the main devs made? It's fully voice acted and brings back a lot of old characters. It's running on the shitty Project Spark engine so that's a point against it, but I'm kinda tempted to go back and play that before the servers die.
