PC port is alright as long as you're not in Steam Beta. Vsync used to slow down the game but not sure if they patched that already.
NISA has been somewhat active in patching things out, and there's people makingd mods to improve performance and to add the DS exclusives (+Asagi). Look for Pretty Prinny in the workshop section of the Steam forums.
