I worked on toontown reloaded back in 2013, is this official or is or is the team reusing assets to built it based on leaked footage from the cancelled official sequel?

I know, it's making me feel really old. My little sister played Toontown in middle school and is in fucking college now. I was probably too harsh in my post considering most people who played it are probably also in college now.
