Ridge Racer Type 4 is damn near a work of art and the best racer on the systems also like 40 minutes long so no big if you hate it.

Umihara Kawase Shun - The best grappling hook platformer around
Vandal Hearts - Very straightforward but tightly designed and entertaining SRPG
Omega Boost - Fun fast paced mech game with some amazing graphics and a surprisingly smooth framerate
Shadow Tower - Early FROM Software game, an action RPG/dungeon crawler so dark and stressful that it feels like a survival horror game

Nuclear Strike's a fun PS1 game where you identify as an Apache helicopter and get to blow a shitload of stuff up and rescue people and then if you can become genderfluid and start identifying as a hovercraft or a jet or a huey etc.
