Depends on community and mission. With public servers it's pure luck, but on private servers with good missions it's really fun.

You don't really want AA, it'll only make the inevitable framedrops even worse (if you play MP there will be framedrops, doesn't matter about your PC specs)
Bloom/DoF/etc is all ugly meme post processing, turn that shit off.
If your PC can handle it maybe turn AO and caustics up.
Also set world to empty in launcher to load the game up much quicker
