You can turn vore scenes off from the menu, and those types of rape scenes are in the minority anyways.
If anything I'm almost kinda disappointed that there isn't much variety in the femdom. At first I used to sit through rape scenes regardless of whether or not I liked a monster out of sheer curiosity. After a while though, I just started skipping most of the rape scenes unless I was particularly interested in the monster because a lot of them started to just feel samey.
