Gameplay wise:
MGR > DmC > Bayonetta
Art direction wise:
DmC > MGR > Bayonetta
Personally I just dislike everything about Bayonetta.
Bayonetta has the best actual combat and is the most complete package - more weapons, more mechanics to play with, more overall content, and better replayability. Suffers from poorly-implemented QTEs and some parts that are just really annoying to sit through every time, but still the best of the bunch.
Metal Gear Rising has the best bosses and very satisfying gameplay, but somewhat lacks depth compared to Bayonetta and the dull VR missions don't really make up for the game's overall lack of content. Still an awesome game that I put >100 hours into despite it only taking like 5 hours to beat.
DmC is extremely average at everything and not really worth playing more than once, if that.

I havent played Bayonetta so its probably the best of them all, but DmC (especially the pictured edition) is so much better than MGRR that its not even funny
anyone who disagrees is an underage mememaster who has no clue about what makes a game good because LE MEMES AND BLADE MODE XDD
