I dunno mang, I thought doing warioware-sized bullet hells in a jrpg was a cool idea. I'd like to see it expanded upon in a full-length game, actually make the patterns lengthier and more complicated. It kinda reminded me of Superstar Saga in the way that the first time you see an enemy's attacks, you're like "okay what do you do", but then you learn the patterns/tells and can avoid taking any damage at all in subsequent encounters.
You'd just need some way to make YOUR offense interesting, as well.that's not to say the music wasn't better, but if you're implying the gameplay was shit I disagreeand the writing/story was better than both
