Hosting an Open RCT2 server for /v/ friends.
To play:
>download version 0.0.5.0 build 7537c03 (which is the latest as of this post) from their website here https://openrct2.org/downloads
>unzip/install somewhere
>download the rct2 demo ZIP FILE here: https://openrct2.org/download-demo
>unzip all files into where you just installed Open RCT2
To join:
>start game from openrct2.exe
>open server browser
>look for the one named "RCT2 with /v/"

You use the scroll wheel to change it. but it's locked to like 3 or 4 specific ones because sprite art.

So I've downloaded this, where do I put all the files from the RCT2 demo zip?
Do I put it into program files/OPENRCT2?
Do I override anything? like the data folder?

damn I missed this game. All my save files were lost because I forgot to back them up years ago! For some reason, at that time, the save files weren't important to me.
