Considering that it's 10 years old and it's significantly better than other games (especially console ones) that came out along with this game, and probably better than most games that came out in this generation, this IS the perfect example of power of the PC.
And Memecharted 4 is subpar, that didn't try to push the limits of this gen's power, in comparison to this game and what it did for its generation. Xbone and Nintendone games haven't even made something remotely close to this for its gen--their games are not even worth mentioning.
