Go left and downwards from where he starts, so you can fill out the part of his grid where all the magic spheres are, then end up near Wakka's grid.
Break the level 1 lock at the start of wakka's grid, and follow his grid up until Aim.
Backtrack a bit to the level 2 lock which separates wakka and lulu's grid, and go through there.
End result: Kimahri gets access to aga spells much earlier than Lulu normally does, with about the same magic attack and much more HP and speed. He also has Lancet to refill MP when he runs low.

Fill his overdrive meter by getting a new blue magic and use selfdestruct on bosses when they're low HP. Have him go through Rikku's sphere grid for some utility.
