I fucking hate Mom's Knife at this point. I'd much rather get something fun like Explosivo or Rubber Cement, but since Mom's Knife (and Brimstone) are part of Devil Room pools you see them actually relatively often, while the regular tear-altering items are all pooled together into Treasure Room.
Hell, I also hate both Dr. Fetus items. I just wanna shoot tears, not blow things up.
