I don't mind that she's the leader of a massive mercenary company, and that she can kick the shit out of two muscular men at the same time.
I think she's a fun antagonist, pretty well written.
What I did take issue with, however, is that she just walks away at the end.

She's an objectively evil character, has on multiple occassions tried to murder the main characters and leaves the game as she leaves them to die.
Every other antagonist in the Uncharted games got killed. Every other antagonist got murdered, some even in gruesome ways.
Fuck, Rafe gets fucking squished in this game.
But now the strong, capable, black female bad-ass who has basically won every fair fight in the game gets to walk away for no reason.
It's super weird, and it seems like they just didn't want to have to deal with the backlash they'd get if they'd killed their most positive black female representation to date.

My big problem with Nadine is that she is easily more of a threat than Rafe. She beats your ass twice, one of which where you had back up is completely capable and amazing and without flaws the entire game. Also she owns an army. Then Rafe smacks her once and is immediately double crossed by her in the very next scene.
Why Rafe gave her a gun I have no idea.
And furthermore the end culminates into this big sword fight and you'd think you'd be able to beat big tough Nadine who kicked your ass hand to hand and finally overcome that big obstacle you couldnt before but nope.
She just exits stage left, it's retarded and you fight Rafe for no reason.
What should've happened was Nadine should've killed Rafe to take the treasure herself with whats left her Goons. Then you and Sam try to take her and the last of them in the ship, destroying it in the process, pinning Sam down and you having to fight her.
And just like the Rafe fight, she ultimately bests you but you cut the rope and kill her.

Two things. Firstly, Drake beats up trained mercenaries in all the PS3 games. In the second game, he can take dudes in full armor plating, taking their helmets off in one combo and then knocking out with the next combo.
Uncharted 3 starts with him beating up a bar full of men and a 7ft tall behemoth. U3 has several other "pit" fights where Drakes takes over 10 guys and giant dudes by himself.
Secondly, and more importantly, it makes for shit gameplay if there is no way to beat the nigress in a fight that's happening in real time gameplay. Having no win/fail state difference makes it literally an interactive cutscene. You may as well drop the controller and let the nigress punch you until the segment ends. There should be a way to beat her, however hard it is, and the game should play a different cutscene for it.

I wasn't, but Uncharted try to FEEL more realistic than Street Fighter and so certain things. Uncharted tries to present itself as a more plausible albeit highly unlikely scenario, while Street Fighter is purposely campy and over the top. Uncharted presents itself in a way like "this could really happen," so that you immerse yourself in the experience like you are Nathan Drake narrowly avoiding death at every turn with your mad skills and uncovering ancient secrets. Street Fighter is basically anime with everybody wearing ridiculous outfits to remind you "this is a video game, don't take it seriously".
I was pointing that OP is basically comparing apples and oranges, because "that's not realistic" is a more valid complaint against something in Uncharted which does try to take itself a little more seriously than Street Fighter does. Realism in Uncharted, where it appears is usually praised, while too much realism in Street Fighter would be weird, all things considered. Plus, while Chun-Li is a strong fighter, she's not really a Mary Sue that feels like she's being used for a political statement, it's not as though she's doing extra damage against Ryu because some self-depreciating Japanese super leftist feels like she needs to cause she's Chinese and Ryu's Japanese and if Ryu can easily beat her it's somehow insensitive to the victims of Nanking.
