When this game was presented to Shigeru Miyamoto, he couldn't believe that the music was coming from the SNES, and he thought he was being tricked.

I consider this game a flawed 10/10, as in, the only thing it needed to be a 10/10 was being able to save.
it is very very difficult, especially the last levels in which you drive vehicles.
the game is gorgeous, and the music fantastic. it is also innovative.

Fun game, never beat it as a kid though

>bosses made easier, some levels and the retro world entirely skipped

I'm glad my random pick and choose method of getting snes games as a kid wound up with me getting this
