I used to play this when I was like 10, had a blast, never managed to beat the final level so just very recently me and my brother hooked it up again and finished the game. In retrospect it's super short, it's 6 stages iirc? You even get unlimited continues and stuff. But man the gameplay aged pretty well, the mix of 2d shooting galery and dodging bullets in "pseudo 3d", managing your ressources and the super satisfying arsenal of weapons + epic boss fights and music, this game honestly deserves to be way more known than it is. It's easily one of my favourite SNES titles.
I was gonna be super excited about this announcement but then, I don't have a PS4. When this comes out I might legitimately have to rent a PS4 just to play this title or something.
