Something happened to him after 2005, because pretty much all his games turned to shit (with the exception of maybe NMH and Liberation Maiden), whereas before that, mostly everything he worked on was solid gold.

Really hope he comes forward with something new soon that isn't that f2p PS4 game. Kind of warily hopeful seeing as he's been writing Killer7 stories for Famitsu and they're releasing Silver Case on PC.
Looking forward to playing Silver Case on PC, never played it before.
Killer7 is my GOAT, and is just one of the greatest games ever made. Nothing like it has been made since its release.

I mean, he sure does love trying new stuff, but there's a line between innovative and unplayable that he crosses pretty often without even realizing it
Even to this day I still hope for a Shadows Of The Damned sequel. I loved that game and still play it occasionally from time to time.
