Not entirely sure but I think those are purely for recording purposes anon. Definitely not for actual gaming because I've seen a friend using 2 models of avermedia external capture machines, one of them was 60fps even. The capturing was quite late in the sense that if you pressed a direction/button you'd see it register on your PC screen about 3-4 seconds later, same with sound.
