The open world part was weird. I really wanted chases, I got none. Probably the biggest cockblock in the game for me was stepping on it and feeling like I could be running on feet almost as fast.
What did /v/ like about the game? I really liked the atmosphere of mass paranoia closer to the end of the game with everybody suspecting everybody.

the fault is on the 3d model itself, not post-processing
to have the best 3d hair models means they need to model every strand of hair, each having their own dynamicity
that is a massive task to do for the designers
and en even massive task to render in real time with current tech
that is why the shittier the games are, the more you see some bullshit pre-baked pre-rendered hairs, even recent AAA game like Dragon Age
the upcoming DX12 should give us some better looking hairs

The Fox Engine is really a shame. One of the better running engines around and it looks gorgeous because of its lighting. MGSV and GZ actually looks incredible when you're in a manmade area in the night with rain and floodlights.
