If it's only between those two, Ranger.
If you wanna melee be Strider, Ranger becomes a turret of death. I like Assassin most though for the ability to basically triple your speed and having your shortbow become a minigun with sixfold.Magick Archer and Mystic knight will forever be my favorite.

Sorcerer because I like being a walking tactical nuke.
Ranger
You have insane pin point damage dealing also since you have the daggers you have best mobility.
I always liked how they changed the dodge roll from the base version to DA. You can just spam roll to move fast with out consuming stamina
