this is simcity 2013 all over again - a bunch of money grubbing arseholes xchanging the goodwill built up over the life of a franchise for short term money for the shareholders.
and the whole business of spreading your buildings out over the map sounds retarded. sure, make certain techs easier to get if your geographic situation facilitates that, but what is being proposed is just dumb.
