What I've seen looks pretty good. There are some questionable choices and some dumb choices (they handle the honorifics so poorly it's incredible), but no localization is perfect, they seem pretty good from what I've seen. The Persona 4 dub sounds good from what I've heard as far as the main characters go. Some of the side characters are awful.

I really tend to like original voices most of the time, for any cultural product (movies, tv shows, video games).
But Persona I don't know, I'm not too fond of the original seiyuus. I think Atlus usa does a pretty good job overall in chosing their VAs.
Also the characters look too "adult" to have "young voices" like Atlus jp does, but that's my opinion.
As long as they don't fuck up one character (I'm a bit worried about Haru and Futaba in English...) I'm not gonna complain for the lack of dual audio.
Of course it's a shame because for a game like Persona where you can play in NG+, it would've been great to play it once in English and another with Japanese. For players to chose it's always better but yeah...
Persona fans might not be enough vocal about dual audio for them to consider doing it for realz.

If you think that Atlus dubs are the worst in existence then you've probably heard only two or three dubs. Persona 4's dub is actually quite good besides the honorific shit, there are no outright bad voices besides vanilla Chie. In fact, it's superior in some aspects- Japanese Teddie's voice is fucking unlistenable, and while Rie Kugimiya is a talented VA her work on Rise is pretty weak.
If you want an awful dub, go look at Fire Emblem Fates or shit like Chaos Wars
