There's a little more than that. You've got the charging while scoped in so you can just body shot Zen/Tracer at full charge instead of trying to hit their heads, and anyone you know is weakened is in the same boat. Plus you have the mines which you can either shoot at an area you're planning on sniping into to make it easier to get people or put them on any flank routes to you to disrupt people trying to come for you.
There's not much more than that of course but there's a little more to say than just click heads.

I got Ghost in the Shell First Assault from a code during the free weekend it had, and I was enjoying that but then Overwatch beta came out and I fucking LOVED that.

Yeah, experience. It's possible aimbots exist but I don't think the game has been around long enough for that. The only thing I've seen that's bullshit as far as aimbot tier stuff has been Widowmakers that nail D.va out of mid air as she's jumping out of her mech.
