Bugs are fuckups that happen because of errors in the programming, aka 99% of the weird shit you see.
A "glitch" is whenever the cause comes from hardware failure, like an arcade or pinball machine acting up due to to someone tilting it. Should be noted that sometimes your graphics card might be dying and you'll see some rendering artifacts - those are indeed glitches.
