i know its my own fault for having a PS4 but i just realized i have mole rat disease in fallout 4 and its too late to reload a save.
is it possible to fix?

Use the cure for yourself. If you already finished the quest then too bad. It's a very minor health penalty anyway.

Yeah you can get all your old saves by turning off the ps4 fully (holding the power button until you hear the beep) then turn it on by holding it for around 7 seconds, there will be a beep at the start and the 2nd one will be 7 secs after the initial and there you go

you can cheat and "hand over" the cure before quickly using it on yourself and the quest still proceeds normally
game doesn't have karma though, so there is no point in not using it on yourself except to play by the game's rules
