The hiphop in this was fantastic. Also, GTA San An came in at a formative time in my life too, so in addition to the raps, I'm all about that funk and soul too, while still being able to appreciate the classics of other genres.
The Ink Spots songs featured in the first two Fallouts got me into that saccharine old stuff, so I was prepared when Fallout 3 came, and didn't get the hype or the the detraction around the soundtrack.
Paradox autism simulators got me into classical music and old military marches.

I actually turned off all the tracks except That's Life by Frank Sinatra. Oddly soothing while skating around Barcelona.

Literally as bad as those "I like all music except rap and country" fags.
Probably this, there were 5 or so tracks that I fucking loved and used to mute everything but the music and race. I must have played the game for hundreds of hours in this fashion too.
