They are games exactly the same way Uncharted is, and Uncharted looks worse than Tomb Raider, or Metro, or Witcher, or Assassin's Creed, or whatever other AAA game not made by ND. Naughty Dog has never excelled at graphics, they excel at set pieces. Shadows don't even align properly in Uncharted 4 and there are visual bugs everywhere.
I'm blaming the console for not being able to run XV the way the devs wanted it to because they also blamed the consoles for that.
And Ryse is made by Crytek who are the kings of graphics, of course they got Ryse on the Xbone.
