Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed vs Mario Kart 8, which one is the best kart racing game?
sanic kart is too much of a real racing game to appeal to the mario kart crowd.
From a gameplay standpoint, Transformed. But for the FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKER I WAS FIRST factor, MK8.

MK8 is still literally RNG-based outcome.
Transformed is not only the better game, it also runs better, is better looking and has by far more content and a much better roster.
This is all assuming you play on PC. The game is shit on console due to unpatched glitches and low fps.

I dunno, Super Mario Kart and Mario Kart: Super Circuit prevented AI from using the more bullshit items like lightning and blue shells, though there were some character specific CPU-only items in SMK, which was pretty dumb.
I can't wrap my head around why MK8 feels so off kilter to me.

I unlocked everything in Transformed 3 times, it's a fucking amazing game, Mario Kart 8 is also really great too, though I wish the battle mode wasn't fucked over.

I kind of agree, some of the Transformed tracks didn't feet that great and there were less of them in the end, the amazing ones were really great though
