Not playing her correctly, she is one of the more well-balanced characters. She has amazing mobility and her damage output is more than reasonable. Also her special is one of the best in the game...you can hit your thrusters, pop your special and kill their entire team in one shot if you're good. D.Va is an amazing character, people just don't play her properly. She needs to be played like Rambo, not like the other tanks. You run in completely alone and control their team, escape and heal as needed and repeat.

They're not doing something productive with every click, they're doing something productive with like 2/3rds of their clicks at the most. Their APM would be significantly lower if during slow times they just stopped clicking, but you gotta wave around that APM dick.

Her ult rockets are too small to penetrate the shield with their little explosions, but you know how when you do damage to an enemy your crosshair gets a white X? Pharah gets that when she shoots a rocket at the middle of Reinhardt's shield, but other people don't, because it only does that for character damage.
