A lot of people are attached to charge characters. They have to be careful not to alienate a big part of their playerbase.
Still, people who prefer motion characters are a majority and Capcom just released a charge character after a half-charge grappler. Not to say that Urien is potentially a charge character.
I only bought it because Juri was announced as DLC. Im not very good. What should i be practicing that isn't character specific? Should i just dabble and learn the others so i can fight them better later?

so ive been watching some streams and ive noticed that even when they win the players seem to very angry but from my point of view it seem irrational. It usually happens when the opponent does some tactic that almost gets the players killed but he recovers and counters and wins the round. But even after this he is still calling the other guy names for even using that tactic our combo. Can someone explain this behavior?
