Just finished recording the raw audio and video for a 7-minute review of the Kingdom Hearts mobile game.
Will be finishing up the editing for all of that today and will be uploading it.
It's in vain, though, and I know it is, because none of my videos ever get any sort of traction or promotion regardless of their quality.
I basically just do it for fun at this point. There's no way I could ever get famous or anything, as nice as that would be.

I record highest quality using Shadowplay and the files sizes are never super big, using DXTORY or something similar always creates bigger file sizes (for me anyways)

My content seems to be really hit or miss for people, but the video editing is always good. I have a few clickbait vids I'm not proud of, but they siphon views.

I'm pretty happy with it so far I guess. I took really good feedback from the first game tutorial build I made and tried to implement that on my anime review, hopefully it's better.

Alright, I'm gonna share my opinion this.
Let's be honest fellas, probably the most important thing you can do for yourself regarding YouTube is figure out if you wanna go all the way with it. Meaning, whether you're just doing YT as a hobby, or if you wanna make it big, have thousands of subscribers, and make all dat YouTube Money.
If you're just doing it for fun, then good on ya. I'm not even saying that derisively; It's actually great that you're creating content just out of love for it.
But frankly, it'll be unrealistic to expect to have a ton of viewers and subscribers doing just that. As an example, here's a couple of YouTubers who upload solely for fun:

They've both been on YouTube for several years, they upload frequently, thousands of videos, with the more recent ones averaging around 20 minutes each, and yo -- Just listen to JonJeremy's beautiful, deep voice. You could beat off to it.
However, compared to the more popular dudes, these guys have a relatively low number of subscribers, and an even lower number of viewers, at least on their recent videos. JonJeremy's recent CKII series started out pretty well 16k views, but the views dwindled, and by the end of the series, there were barely over a thousand regular viewers. One F Jef's CKII series from last year also started off well, with more than 50k views, but by the end he ended up averaging 6k per video. His current Viscera Cleanup Detail series also suffers from having very few viewers.
And you can probably figure this out already, but low viewers = low subscriber rate.
So TL;DR: if you're doing YouTube for fun, then godspeed ya, boy, but don't expect to blow up and become a celebrity overnight. If at all.
