Oh well if it helps. my issue was I homebrewed it with a 9.5 ninjhax exploit, but when i downgraded that didnt work anymore. So I found out that taking the sd let it boot to the main menu. and then removing boot.3dsx from the sd card fixed the bricking with sd card in. Then it was just remove boot and delete cubic ninja save data.

It sounds like you semi-bricked.
To get your 3DS working again you have to load into recovery mode (A+R+L+Up on boot) and update your 3DS.
You can then try downgrading again if you used OOT save hack.

That's a DS emulator you realize, and it just barely runs it at those resolutions on decent computers. NTRViewer is strictly just streaming your gameplay via JPEGs, it doesn't upscale them or anything, it can't even output sound, you have to have a male to male lead to do that.

It has zero to do with actual resolution. It just replaces the downscaled models with high res ones, you don't need to blowup the game to get that effect or anything.

you can hack this shit on any firmware its just that 10.5 and below is free. between 10.6-10.7 you need to buy a copy of cubic ninja or oot3d + a powersave. or have access to another 3ds with the homebrew launcher. 10.7 is the latest firmware.

since you already have emu and rx setup you can skip to part 4 of the guide and go from there. i recently upgraded from rxtools to a9lh +luma about a week ago and me personally I started from step 3. i did it so when i continued on with the guide the steps i just completed directly tie in with this particular guide. i just did it to be a little safer but it isnt necessary. if you want you can just go right to part 4 and finish it off.
