Not really. When you're defending, the other team will probably stick really damn close to each other, so you just throw it at the ground and it kills everyone.
When attacking, use it on BIG characters. Really hard to miss. Besides, you can always teleport behind someone and then throw him the bomb.

She actually isn't that fast. When she runs out of blinks, she runs at a normal speed, blinks take some time to charge, so if a tracer is down to 0 blinks, they'll usually die in a fight before a new one recharges.

Yeah compared to other games, having even a slightly higher than normal ping is game breaking. Most other games you can usually at least hold your own with 100+, and it doesn't get truly bad until you start getting 300, but in this it felt like even at 75 I'd start jumping all over the place. Considering Roadhog has a free kill every 7 seconds, I'm not sure why Zarya wouldn't have lower cooldowns on her shield. I think after release people will start to realize that they shouldn't shoot the shield, and it'll be harder and harder to get charge up. A reduced cooldown by a second or two would help with this.
