Ranger Sequoia deals 2 times the damage Lucky does. With HP/SWC ammo it deal neraly as much damage/shot as AMR.

Fallout New Vegas is such a bad game. Fallout 3 is so much better and you know why? Because you can make a perfect character in it. And they fucked up all the perks on New Vegas, none of them are good. They're all shit. Plus New Vegas is boring as fuck, all you do is walk around in a giant desert forever. Face it, Fallout 3 is better in every conceivable way and you can't deny it. It has better gameplay, atmosphere, graphics, audio, story, and overall is more fun. I couldn't even make it 20 minutes into New Vegas without shutting the game off and uninstalling it.

Because an Independant New Vegas that builds proper trade relations with NCR is the best outcome. NCR gets the power from Hoover without having to invest the huge amount of resources required to hold Nevada, and doesn't hamstring the population by introducing bureaucracy that is way too far away from the actual decision makers to be anything close to efficient.
