Not only that, but Nanako hasn't actually seen Izanami before. The literal one time where Nanako was in a place that Yu was Persona-using, she was unconscious and dying. For persona, you do not require absolutely stupid levels of autistically designed graphics. Sometimes, just a few cutscenes with basic models, some text, it can do wonders, show don't tell can be awfully executed, however, I must admit, in persona 3 I foung myself endeared by the simple cutscenes, things like the whole cast just going out together and having fun before the final battle, no dialogue was spoken, but the pieces were set, the setting was done.
