Look at the boxart, Anon, he has a submachine gun on his hip that was only used by the Germans at the very end of the war, but they'll throw it and everything else in because this is a AAA game and they have to appeal to the broadest demographic possible.

WWI was not "literally" or "figuratively" all trench warfare. The people that say that only show to anyone with even a small amount of reading into the war how ignorant they are of history.
WWI did have trenchwarfare, yes, and it was horrible, but WWI was also a multi-front war that was RAPIDLY developing and changing.
The beginning, middle, and end of the war were all so rapidly different in how they were fought, and with what tools and weapons, that it's absolutely fascinating.
It's for people like you that I hope this game instills a desire in people to research the war.
