That being said, i've won games by just getting 3 bastions on defense, so maybe you're on to something. But i've never had a problem myself with playing against bastion after bastion or multiple bastions in one game. Most people probably don't realize his strengths, but at the same time, he's got some major weaknesses so I don't see him as immediately needing a nerfunlike reinhardt

I tried taking him into a few games and I always do shit with him. His gun feels weak as shit and can't hit anything far away because of spread and at close range he's outgunned by Tracer.
His heal has such a long cooldown that it'll rarely save you and he's barely anymore durable than Tracer.
What's the reason to pick him over literally anyone else like Tracer or McCree?

His gun does great damage per bullet, but you have to fire in small 4-shot bursts to stay accurate. I beat man-form Bastions in 1v1 shoot-outs consistently with him.
His heal is good because the node is out for a long time, so he's great on Payload mas where you can place the node on the kart itself.

Hide behind your team, switch between healing and speed.
If your team is fighting, heal.
If your team is running towards point, speed.
Once you have ulti and enemies coming in group, use it immediately.

His gun on the other hand is fantastic. It was nerfed so it no longer out damages widow at long ranges, but it still does a ton of a damage for a headshot capable hitscan weapon. His fan destroys anything up close, and he gets a stun (and a free kill). That's ridiculously easy to land.

I play Mercy if my team needs a healer and focus almost exclusively on keeping heroes in range at full health, slightly preferring to heal Tank heroes.
If we do have a healer, I play D. Va and primarily try to tackle single targets and burst them down from up close.
