I want to congratulate it on the production values and trying to turn TF2 into a more interesting game, but 'interesting' falls flat when the entire game looks like a clusterfuck of orbs. Blizzard keeps falling into the trap of relying on cooldowns for strategic gameplay.
I'm a fan of games that are shit as long as they have something fun to them, so this game is miles ahead of the rest, but some parts of this game needs a bit more polish.

Some characters have one hit kill abilities, but they require charging, have delays, loud as fuck tells and need good positioning. No worse than getting headshot by a sniper really.

Just about every ultimate is avoidable if you hear "I'VE GOT YOU IN MY SIGHTS" or "IT'S HIGH NOON", get out of line of sight. If you hear "NERF THIS", "WAKATECHINOCHINGCHONG", or "BOOPBOOPBOOP-BOOPBOOP" run the fuck away.

I totally disagree. Once you know all the characters and realize who you are playing against on the opposite team, it's pretty easy to know what to look out for. Maps have such obvious areas for certain characters, like Hanzo or Widow, you shouldn't be getting one shotted all the time like a fucking scrub. Try playing Battleborn and come back and play this. instead of long cooldowns or cooldown reliant abilities for balance, you can make abilities have downsides, or trade offs, or require a lot of skill to land, or some other fuck huge variant, the point is, cooldowns alone for balance fucking sucks, and 90 percent of the ultimates that are in overwatch are basically someone just pressing a button and aimbotting the team, i was playing a game as the gunslinger earlier and ulted and basically poped 4 of them just for trying to guard the area, and there really was no time to run, its the same as when i was sitting there playing reaper for all of like 2 games, i would just pop into a team and ult and it would outright kill an entire team. there was no skill required to land it, it was basically a "press this button for free kills".
I have play about 6 hours of overwatch and it's not rewarding, the move speed is very slow so once you are out of combat it feels very sluggish to move from point to point, and in general the entire thing feel just kind of fucking... boring. the ults are frustrating for the receiving end, and dont feel rewarding for the end dishing it out.
I fucking HATE to say this, but even dirty bomb feels like a much better game than overwatch, I never believed in shills until i saw how many threads are being made today, there is a general for this game, yet there are like 20 threads up at all times all with the same format. every bit of the defense of the game as well as the shilling feels kind of fishy at this point.
They need to change the death timers, having it 10s universal is kinda silly considering most maps are attack/def and defense should have higher timers and attack lowers

The gameplay is so fucking slow and bland. It's impossible to feel like you're good in this game or that you did something good. I can't explain why. 70% of the times you die by an ultimate or a sniper which you could not have prevented and you move too slow to avoid.

I dunno, I'm having fun playing Mercy like I have fun playing the Medic in TF2. There's no overheal, but at least now you can do stuff like buff damage besides TF2, where your main job while healing is to not die.

I disagree. Titanfall had great parkour abilities but the movement itself was super limited, you could grapple and climb but you were limited to just running. You have boosters on a like 2 second cooldown on AW, you can go in just about any direction with them, and they're pretty fucking strong boosts too. I played a KOTH game but don't remember the map, but basically the control point was this small little open hut that was on a ledge with absolutely no fucking room so it was really easy to fall off and die. What is incorrect? The skill level is much lower compared to TF2, the dialogue isn't nearly as good, the heroes are clearly inspired by TF2, and a lot of the ults are "kill all" buttons. I like OW but it has plenty of flaws.

She is so unique that it's hard to make her fit in any of those categories, well aside from support of course, it's not her job at all. But otherwise, she can attack with her flying ability, defend with her constant firepower and tank with her high HP in mech.

I don't think they're looking for the most impressive shit. If you press Q and kill 4 people you're still providing a huge advantage to your team that could lead to a win. It's still an important play for your team to get a victory. I imagine that's why shit like Mercy pressing Q on 4-5 people gets POTG too, it's not impressive or skillful but reviving your entire team is still very important and can get you a win.

if a barrier has 1 HP worth of protection it can absorb all of the nuclear blast. The game basically just calculates who is in line of sight and kills them with a single burst of damage.
You can hide behind a light post and survive the blast unscathed.

Let's use an example. The vanilla sniper in TF2's charge takes 8 seconds, is punished with missing by a pretty lengthy rearm time, has no mobility options and has crappy defenses in close range.
The sniper in OW's charge is 1 second, has no rearm time, has a grappling hook, mediocre close range options, has a smoke bomb to cover her, and grant her team wallhack. She lacks the flaws that the tf2 sniper has to make up for with good positioning, awareness and reaction time. She's clearly easier to play and do well with
