When I play as Bastion, I mostly only have trouble with Tracer. She's hard to keep up with, and has a better chance to get behind me (if possible). When in sentry form, Bastion takes double damage from behind. She rarely actually kills me though.
Genji works on stupid Bastions if they don't understand deflect. If they know how deflect works, they'll probably wreck your shit the moment it goes down.
Junkrat can be a decent counter if he can get an angle with his grenades. Many try to waste their ult on a Bastion only to find that the Bastion can shoot the shit out of it before it gets to them.
