Here is my best guess on Lord of Cinder power rankings in universe.
>Abyss Watchers > Yhorm > Aldritch > Ludleth > Twin Princes
Abyss Watchers are literally a small army of undead. They couldnt be killed permenantly by any of the other Lords of Cinder and they are each pretty powerful individually. Abyss Watchers at their peak could probably beat every other LoC.
Yhorm comes next becauses he next to unstoppable with the Stormruler.
Aldritch because hes a powerful god eater but I cant see him beating Yhorm or the full Legion.
Ludleth is next because hes suppose to be a very powerful mage character and supposedly created the Firelink Shrine hub area through his own power.
Finally we have the Twin Princes. Two crippled faggots that never did anything besides lay in bed.
I was hoping the Lords of Cinder would have been much more powerful and awe inspiring, since they have the mettle to link the flame. Instead what we got was a bunch of faggots killing eachother, a cripple manlet, two sickly cripples, Gwyndolin fleshworm, and Memelord Yhorm the Giant Gimmick.
All the Lords of Cinder felt like a bunch of pushovers in game. Only one that gave me trouble was Aldritch and that was just his RNG fucking tracking instant kill arrows. I beat him in one try on my second playthrough though.

He's an asshole. Basically he was just a wizard warrior until he found the Profane Flame near the Profaned Capital. He then decide to became Pontiff using the cult of Aldrich to gain power. While feeding children to Aldrich, he took over Anor Londo and recruit the Dancer to make her a spy to keep an eye on Lothric's reign. Of course before sending her and Vordt he gave them his rings who corruptem them into making the boss you fight. And he did the same thing for every other soldier who was sent in Lothric. He also imprisoned Yorshka into the tower and (may be a strech) was probably gonna feed her to Aldrich. If you didn't stop him he would have probably stopped the unklinded to gather the lords and let the deep take over

I think it's straight up Anor Londo. I think the frozen atmosphere can be attributed to simple cause and effect. Dolin is the last god in power and has the authority to govern the fucking moon and just has it be night all the time and the temperatures plummet. It could just be a function of time really. Since Lothric has been a kingdom and maybe even before that, firekeepers may have traditionally had their eyes gouged out. Thousands of years may have passed between DaS1 and DaS3, we're not really sure.
