They're foudn here and there, but most of those don't require you to run back through an area you've just completed and have no reason to return to. At least in DaS the lack of teleporting meant that even if this were the case you'd have a logical means of encountering them. There's literally no reason at all to cross back over the Irithyll bridge to discover Sirris' summon sign, especially when there are bonfires on both fucking sides of the bridge.
