Honestly, the only things you'd probably miss out on for that month are stand-up arcade machines (cocktail arcade machines like pic related should be fine as long as there's proper seating) and games that outright require you to use your feet (e.g. DDR, arcade driving games, Kinect games). Other than those, you've pretty much got carte blanche to play whatever you want.
Now if you had a broken arm, then things wouldn't be nearly that simple.
