tell me about /vg/ and /v/
/v/ is a tire fire
/vg/ is a bunch of smaller tire fires
/v/ shit posts and posts memes
/vg/ discusses games into the ground to the point where the discussion stops being about games and starts being about dumb shit like waifus or in-jokes
/v/ doesn't talk about games
/vg/ is a don't bump my thread off the board competition with spam and circlejerking
Who is that semen demon?

dalek
your image is 100% accurate
vg keeps bumping their head into the wall posting the same shit over and over
v looks down on them with disgust, and then goes back to v to look down on each other with disgust, this leads to v figuratively bumping their head into a different wall

/v/ is full of assholes who want attention and occasionally discuss video games
/vg/ dunno, never went there
/vr/ is pretty chill though, they're polite and constantly make new stuff.
/v/ is a steaming pile of shit
/vg/ is ERP
>>336330493
Watashi a cute
>>336334998
What exactly is the deal with /vg/ being completely filled with all the gay ERP shit, anyway?
"/vg/ was a mistake"
/vg/ is where video games go to die
>>336335136
Both are awful, stay away before you get sucked in.
/vg/ is where /v/ sends all video game discussion in order to make more room for console war and ass threads in the catalogue
>>336336972
this

>/vg/
>Video game discussion
>Not circlejerks, ERP, and sad slow death of video games
>>336336972
I don't miss the days of SC2 always being the first thread on the front page. But the place /v/ sends all its vidya discussion is /vr/.
/vg/ is an ERP DISCORD CIRCLEJERK for below average MMOs and other shitty games
/v/ is for arguing about which board/console/game/version/feet/penis or no penis is better and buzzwords.
/v/ is alright for MMO/oldgame discussion from time to time and /vg/ is alright for really slow moving threads that stay below page 5 and have a lack of ERP/gay shit aspect to them
>>336330493
why do they wear the masks?!
>>336337523
/vg/ is decent for two kinds of threads, the ones that are so general (based around an entire genre)they don't become circle jerks too fast, and those threads for fotm games that only exist long enough to play a few rounds then die off naturally. Most everything else is a shambling monstrosity kept alive far past the point of no return (whatever # KSG got to before it finally died).

>whatever # KSG got to before it finally died
i checked if it is trueit's still up

Are you shitting me?
We truly must live in a world forsaken by god.
/v/ you can talk about some games on reasonably. Threads get shitposts from people who know nothing about the game being discussed.
/vg/ makes no sense because it's a bunch of groups of people who should get along but decide not to.
