Usually personal preference--I played plenty of platformers and sports game with KB and occasionally KB+M controls growing up. I perfer to use controllers for third person action titles, driving (well--my wheel) and flight/mech games (well---my hotas). When PC games require you to use a controller instead of map KB+M inputs, though----fuck that noise.
