Pretty meh and suffering from the exact issue I was expecting: No one cares about the team. Everyone is playing their favourite character i.e. Tracer and doesn't give two shits that the match is literally unwinnable with 4 of them.
It's fun. I just finished a 6 hour binge. I'm not sold on all the maps though. I like the variety instead of the 3 maps that were on rotation during the stress test, but I still think Hanamura is probably my favorite map and I've only gotten it once so far

You gotta be good with the push and pull to handle D.va. Don't give chase unless you got the jump on a lone player or a single Tracer that thinks she can kill everyone by flanking. Otherwise, stay with the team and in front because she's a tank. Use your E off cooldown when engaged with the enemy to shield damage. If your Boost and Q is up, start a boost towards the enemy, preferrably while they're in one general spot, then Q to jump out. Most of the time they think you're just flying towards them like an idiot and try to shoot at the Meka.

Only major fundamental problem is the 6 player limit means you are going to have at most 2-3 decent players on your team who play useful classes and know what they're doing. Scrap is only for armor packs. Upgrading turret from 1 to 2 doesn't cost anything and from 2 to 3 is only during ultimate. And yes scrap is only from dead bodies.

They really need to change a couple characters. Like not giving bastion a 360 degree turn radius and turning Zarya into an offensive tank or a defensive tank instead of some middle ground where she's currently neither and blizzard expects a 2 second shield on a 12 second cooldown to protect her.

I like how flexible you can be with sentries in this game, and I don't know if she has a limit (they regenerate pretty quickly), but sentries are all she has going for her. They do decent damage if you take an enemy unaware, but they die almost instantly. Her ult is tp, which is important, but Blizzard went full fucking retarded and made it so it has a limited number of uses AND it can be destroyed. I fucking hate her primary. You either shoot the slowed projectile in video game history or you need to be in melee range to attach your beam to an enemy.

The most telling sign that they aren't planning on a TF3 is the fact that TF2 itself has gotten some huge updates lately with a lot of long-needed fixes and a big competitive push. It's obviously a direct response to Overwatch.

This is the most fun I've ever had playing a shooter. D.Va is awesome. Surprisingly outside of the mech she's still pretty good because she becomes a much smaller target and her pistol has more range than her mech's machine guns. Her shift is really good for putting in a few shots and then running back to your healer or for a health pick up. The mech itself isn't very durable but you get it back so quickly that I think it's fine the way it is. I'm almost a little let down when someone else on the team picks D.Va before me or is too stubborn to switch when I have her first. Widowmaker and Mercy are also great though. I love this game OP.

It's alright but all games are so fucking one sided it's hard to get the feel of it. Especially the payload maps are horrible to play as you either just die die die or just stand by the thing until the game says you win.
Also I miss the sense of playing in a team in 99% of of games win or lose.
