I thought it had a much better and entertaining story than Parappa did but then again that doesnt mean much in a rhythm game. It also had far superior music. Never got around to playing the 2nd Parappa though so i cant compare it. Pretty decent stuff overall.

Own this game. I personally find it to be extremely underrated for what it's worth. It definitely was better in control and additional multiplayer features compared to Parappa 1. I can't say the same of the story, however...
That was a drug trip in itself without having to take drugs in the first place.
