Problem is that they are canon undead people. Take the CU for example. Like yeah, you can kill him but he's are still alive. At the end 47 can only try to make him hollow and chances are that 47 will die of old age before that happens. I picked it up and loved the atmosphere for the first fifteen or so minutes. Then suddenly the first monsters appear, and, after the initial shock, the game loses a ton of the horror aspect. Sometimes I think when monster designers try to make their designs look intimidating they go in too-serious a direction and make it end up looking generic.
