Not him, and I don't know much about emulating Wii since I never do it, but getting games to run doesn't seem much different. You can also pair your Wiimote to your pc through blutooth.

The thing is; price goes up if there is demand and no supply. collectors editions and special limited version are much more valuable but again: where there is demand.
The WiiU has no games, no reason to have one beside the gimmick.
People pay alot of money for PS1/2, N64, SNES, GC and all the games for those systems because they are actually good and have lots of games you'd want.
