Stop entering them unless a quest takes you there. There's a good deal of variety, but Bethesda oversaturated the map with them. When you visit 5 dungeons using the same tileset in a row, they're bound to feel samey.

No, I uninstalled Skyrim when Fallout 4 launched. Might've been premature since Todd's been dragging ass on getting the toolset released. I haven't jerked off even once while playing Fallout 4 and I've owned it's been months. I'm fucking dying.
It's even worse because even when mods let me rape the everloving ba-Jesus out of Piper, the game will still be saddled with some of the worst writing and quests Bethesda's ever done, and painfully flat lighting. Almost every area in Fallout 4 looks like it has default EVERYTHING IS BRIGHTLY LIT EVERYWHERE lighting and it drives me up the wall. How am I supposed to be satisfied about dragging Piper in to some dark abandoned bombed-out factory and then raping her and watching the creampie leak out when I have to do it with flat neutral lighting? It completely spoils the atmosphere.

After many hundreds of hours of dealing with one of the most crash prone games (especially near Dawnstar for some reason) I uninstalled it. I had 250ish non-merged mods. I mostly had STEP with lewds and frostfall (this game gave me a chastity belt and forced submission fetish).
The crashes and constantly starting a new game though! Anticrash helped but the problem is the script engine, papyrus, is too shitty. If you read documentation from the save game script scalpel you'll see how ridiculous it is. Add to that, that the devs decided to use 16 bits for strcount (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/56588-corrupted-saves/) is just asinine.

Other that one big one, there isn't really anything 'complete' that encompasses the whole game. Gameplay overhauls pretty much mean a different kind of character progression.
SPERG is the lightest of them all but isn't overly game changing. The idea is that you install other mods to let them handle other things this doesn't. The perks are rather overpowered and boring, though there's a compatibility patch to make it work well with Ordinator.
SkyRe and PerMa are nice for character skill specialization, but that's really it. They require Java-powered patchers for best compatibility too, which is something else you have to look into maintaining. SkyRe does more overall, but a lot of those extra things are where other mods do better.
Requiem is so holistic that it requires compatibility patches for even the USKP. It touches so much shit that you pretty much have to check to see if almost any other mod you want to install will conflict in some form. It tries to sell itself as a hardcore overhaul. Most people find a way to cheese.
